Citi lowered the firm’s price target on Microsoft (MSFT) to $635 from $660 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm views the company’s earnings report as mixed. Azure posted slight upside with growth slightly slowing as Microsoft makes a capacity allocation decision to prioritize first party services, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Citi slightly reduced Azure estimates following the print but says CoPilot momentum is accelerating.
