RBC Capital analyst Jon Arfstrom lowered the firm’s price target on Flagstar Bank (FLG) to $15 from $16 and keeps a Sector תשואת שוק rating on the shares after its Q2 earnings miss. This was another profitable quarter with progress towards achieving its longer-term targets, though the fundamental improvement path is slightly longer, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Trends were driven by a return to positive loan growth, with C&I production offsetting commercial real estate paydowns, RBC added.
